The Role
As an Experienced Conveyancer, you’ll manage a diverse residential caseload from start to finish, using an industry-leading case management system to ensure seamless transactions. You’ll be part of a supportive and high-performing team, working with some of the best legal minds in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage your own caseload, ensuring transactions run smoothly Advise clients on legal matters and draft key documents
Liaise with key stakeholders – solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, and local authorities
Handle complex legal queries and ensure compliance with regulations
Mentor and support Paralegals, fostering a strong learning environment
Deliver outstanding client service, maintaining high professional standards
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years’ experience managing residential conveyancing cases from start to finish
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail in legal research and document drafting
A client-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional service
