We’re working with a well-established firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2 PQE) to join their growing team. This is a great role for someone who’s confident running their own caseload and enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment, while also supporting the Head of Branch with a mix of residential and commercial matters.
What you’ll be doing You’ll be handling a varied caseload from start to finish, including:
Residential and commercial property transactions Managing files from instruction through to completion Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documentation Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties Supporting the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters Spotting and resolving issues quickly to keep transactions moving Keeping files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughout What we’re looking for Qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE in conveyancing Experience across both residential and commercial property (ideal) Confident managing your own caseload independently Strong communication and client care skills Organised, proactive and able to work at pace Comfortable using case management systems A practical, problem-solving approach What’s on offer Competitive salary depending on experience Supportive team with strong local reputation Opportunity to work closely with a Head of Branch role A busy but well-structured caseload Genuine scope to develop and grow within the firm
