Boutique, growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Trial Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated BILINGUAL (Spanish) Attorney to join its LAKE WORTH office. (This position is 100% IN OFFICE – it is NOT remote/hybrid).
THIS IS A PRE-LITIGATION PERSONAL INJURY ROLE. We will consider brand new entry-level attorneys and experienced attorneys from other areas of litigation – HOWEVER, you MUST be OK with handling exclusively PRE-LIT matters (you will not handle any files in litigation in this role).
MUST BE BILINGUAL – fluent in speaking/writing Spanish!
BASE SALARY: $80k to $115k (this range depends heavily on whether you have pre-litigation P.I. experience in FL).
JOB DUTIES some new case intake, prelit demand letters, obtaining and summarizing medical records and bills, taking EUOs, analyzing police reports, transcripts and other witness statements. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
