Job Description
The candidate will prepare contracts, study schedules, confidentiality agreements and amendments from pre-approved templates by gathering information from the Project and Study Managers utilizing written guidance.
Once red-lined versions are returned, they will ensure all comments are collated (if there are multiple versions), discuss with the Project or Study Manager and work with our Legal department for input.
Nice to Have:
Ideal qualifications include previous experience in clinical research including:
understanding of ICH-GCP
knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry
Must Have:
Proficiency in Microsoft suit
ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (list the potential teams to interact) and external stakeholders)
ability to understand and explain complex contract terms
Education: Associate or BA with 3 – 5 years’ experience
