Duties
Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
Manage real estate transactions related to renewable energy projects.
Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
Handle multiple projects effectively under pressure.
Requirements
Five to seven years of relevant experience preferred.
Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one promptly.
Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Active bar license in the relevant state.
Skills
