We manage an international portfolio of trademarks for established companies, startups, creators, musicians and athletes across industries, from fintech and fashion to healthcare, hospitality, and consumer products.
The Role
We are looking for a mid-level to senior Trademark Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a hands-on role spanning trademark prosecution, brand enforcement, and TTAB litigation. You will work directly with clients, manage an active docket, and contribute meaningfully to strategy, not just execution.

What You'll Do
• Prosecute U.S. and international trademark applications, including office action responses and appeals
• Handle TTAB proceedings, including oppositions, cancellations, and inter partes matters
• Draft enforcement correspondence, cease-and-desist letters, and settlement agreements
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and prepare written opinions
• Advise clients on registration strategy, brand clearance, and portfolio management
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and our docketing coordinator
What We're Looking For
• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar admission
• 4 to 8 years of trademark prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house
• Demonstrated TTAB litigation experience (oppositions and/or cancellations)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative, reliable, and communicative — you show up for your team
• Former USPTO Trademark Examining Attorney experience is a strong plus
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation
Base salary: $130,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience, with bonus opportunities based on individual and firm performance. A comprehensive benefits package is discussed during the interview process.
