The Position
Peng & Weber, PLLC is currently seeking a motivated and committed Legal Assistant.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Peng & Weber, PLLC maintains its excellence in immigration law through constantly improving our client services without something falling through the cracks or a client being harmed as we upgrade and improve the way our team operates and communicates with our clients and the government agencies overseeing their cases. As Legal Assistant, you will be helping the lawyers on our team with all aspects of preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications related to all types of entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, physicians, nurses, engineers, architects, artists, and other professionals, as well as eligible family members.
Your Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skill
You Must Have—
· Bachelor’s degree in any field
· Attention to detail
· Good written and oral communications
· One year of experience working in a professional office
We Would Love it if You Also Had Some of These Skills—
· Strong computer skills
· Law firm experience
Compensation
Peng & Weber, PLLC provides strong compensation and benefits, including:
· Competitive salary ($45,000 starting; higher with significant related experience)
