Compensation: Associate – $150k – $165k, Senior Associate – $170k – $220k base + Bonus(50K – 250k in recoverables typically)
An established and highly respected California plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced trial attorneys, handle a meaningful caseload, and develop your courtroom skills while representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Responsibilities
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Conduct mediations and negotiate settlements.
- Attend hearings, case management conferences, and court appearances.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Experience handling depositions and court appearances is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $150,000 – $220,000+, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunity(50K – 250k in recoverables typically)
- Compensation determined by experience, skills, education, and market factors
