Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit critical estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
Conduct thorough legal research to bolster case strategies, guaranteeing both accuracy and relevance.
Prepare for client meetings by assembling necessary information and documentation.
Organize and maintain precise client files, adhering strictly to deadlines.
Oversee the execution of documents, ensuring notarization and witness signatures are coordinated effectively.
Communicate with clients to provide timely updates and address any inquiries.
Assist in the organization of client seminars, workshops, and educational events.
Manage administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
Liaise with external parties such as opposing counsel, court personnel, and financial institutions.
Prepare billing invoices, track expenses, and maintain client billing records with accuracy.
Ensure the case management system is updated with precise information.
Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client information while adhering to ethical standards.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of evolving estate planning laws and practices.
Collaborate seamlessly with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient workflows.
Required Skills
