Salary: $175,000 – $245,000 per year
Bonus: $20,000 – $60,000 (Performance-Based)

Bar Admission: Admission to the New Jersey Bar required

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a broad spectrum of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures
Collaborate with senior partners and institutional clients across industries
Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex real estate agreements and supporting documents
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 4 years of real estate law experience, ideally in a leading law firm environment
Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or eligibility for immediate admission)
Strong experience handling complex commercial real estate deals independently
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
A background serving institutional investors or large-scale developers is highly valued
Prior experience with respected regional or national firms is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $175,000 – $245,000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual performance-based bonus: $20,000 – $60,000
