Dunnam & Dunnam LLP is seeking a legal assistant to join its team practice.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform administrative support and clerical duties
Keep track of the firm calendar, deadlines and schedule appointments
Organize client files and mail, writing, copying, proofreading and scanning
Draft and filing of pleadings and basic legal documents and letters
Effectively communicate and correspond with clients and court personnel via email, fax and phone in a timely manner
Daily correspondence and prioritizing tasks with Attorney
No prior experience is required, but experience as a paralegal or secretary is preferred.
Start date: Immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year
