Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a network of experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and ongoing legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand, we are now searching for qualified, experienced and dedicated freelance paralegals with strong experience in Business/Corporate & Civil Litigation matters. Remote work hours will range from around 6 – 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Organizing documents and summarizing (has procedures to follow for this)
Witness list and contact info organization
Exhibit lists and detailed info
Review docs received to ensure they have been organized along with their procedure
Strategy memos to begin new files
