I am representing a national Conveyancing team seeking to hire a fully remote, home working Conveyancer. In this role, you will manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling a variety of transactions.
Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, this position offers an exceptional and highly rewarding bonus scheme of up to £15,000, with most fee earners averaging around £10,000+.
You will oversee a diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds, unregistered properties and shared ownership.

About You:
Strong experience in Residential Conveyancing and a good understanding of property law
At least 3 years’ experience running your own caseload
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high caseload and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, third parties and colleagues
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with Management Information Reports and achieving targets
