About the Role
USA Legal Group is seeking licensed attorneys (active license from any U.S. state) to support our long-standing Attorney-Based Debt Elimination Program. This program involves challenging major credit card companies to validate debts under federal law.
This is a fully remote, contract position. Attorneys oversee client matters through our online CRM using a smartphone or computer. Typical daily time commitment is approximately 1–1.5 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage assigned client files through our CRM platform
- Review and approve legal processes related to debt validation
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal requirements
- Communicate as needed through the platform (minimal direct client contact expected)
Requirements
- Active attorney license in good standing (any U.S. state)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and basic computer/smartphone skills
- Comfortable using online CRM systems
