Non-contentious Construction Senior Associate – 5-8 PQE – FULLY REMOTE
Our client is is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on infrastructure, energy, and engineering projects.
Due to growth our client is seeking a non contentious construction associate with 5-8 PQE to work remotely.
The successful candidate
UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (However foreign qualified candidates with equivalent and/or comparable experience in the domestic market will be considered)
A self-starter who take
S the initiative
Relevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms as well as drafting bespoke appointments
Strong technical knowledge and experience of working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE and bespoke contractual arrangements
