ABOUT THE FIRM
We are a Southern California plaintiff-side personal injury law firm focused primarily on pre-litigation personal injury matters. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team full-time and assist with client intake, case management, and administrative support.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for increased responsibility over time.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Case Manager / Intake Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients and prospective clients. Responsibilities include handling new client intake, managing active case files, coordinating appointments, maintaining calendars, providing client updates, and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the firm.
The ideal candidate is professional, highly responsive, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
New Client Intake
- Answer and respond to inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct initial intake interviews
- Gather relevant information and documentation
- Schedule consultations and follow-up calls
- Maintain intake records and tracking systems
Case Management
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status
- Schedule medical appointments and other case-related appointments
- Follow up with clients, providers, and third parties as needed
- Maintain case files and ensure information is up to date
- Manage calendars, deadlines, reminders, and follow-up tasks
- Assist with general administrative and operational support
Technology & AI Tools
- Learn and utilize AI and legal technology platforms provided by the firm
- Use available systems to improve efficiency and client service
- Adapt to new workflows and technology as the firm adopts additional tools
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work 40 hours per week during Pacific Time business hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Comfortable participating in video meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Highly responsive and dependable during work hours
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
- Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury strongly preferred
BONUS
- Eligible for discretionary year-end performance bonus

- Laptop and printer will be provided if candidate does not prefer to use their own.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
