Law Offices of Domingo Garcia in Houston is looking to hire a bilingual experienced plaintiff’s personal injury litigation paralegal or legal assistant. This is a remote position and the candidate must reside outside of the Greater Houston area. Since the work will be remote, there will be a requirement to agree to work performance monitoring with various software and electronic tools. Bilingual in Spanish is required for this position since it will involve interacting with a primarily Spanish speaking client population.
Position will involve the answering of written discovery, review and summary of medical records, drafting and filing of petitions and discovery as well as other similar tasks related to the litigation of personal injury plaintiff cases.
Salary will be based upon experience and qualifications.
