Qualifications
- Required Education – JD
- Actively barred in Texas
- Knowledgeable of collection laws in Texas, as well as applicable federal statutes such as the FDCPA is a plus
- Actively barred in additional states is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work remotely from home office (Headquarters: Kirkland, WA)
- Reviewing and approving pleadings, motions, garnishments, etc.
- Court appearances on behalf of large banks (online and in-person as needed)
- No billable hour requirement
