We are seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of one or more years’ experience in insurance defense or relatable litigation experience.
Job Details Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to manage and resolve complex legal issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in civil law.
Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
Proven experience in corporate law, legal writing, and compliance.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong ethical and professional standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
