Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on insurance coverage matters, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes, advising clients on their rights and obligations.
Represent clients in litigation involving insurance coverage issues, preparing and drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and produce detailed reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
Engage in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
Monitor and keep updated on changes in insurance law and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and implement case strategies.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
