What You’ll Bring:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with at least 3 years of experience as an attorney interpreting, negotiating, and drafting complex contracts and related documents.
Experience acting as product counsel to review new product offerings and identify potential legal issues.
Strong work ethic with the demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and accomplish assignments independently and timely.
Highly responsive, excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a service-oriented attitude.
An interest in emerging technologies, a desire to solve complex problems, and curiosity to explore new ideas.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school is required.
Active license to practice law and good standing in the applicable state(s) of employment by the start date (or as permitted by state rules).
Maintain good standing and an active license throughout employment.
A sense of humor; plays well with others; values relationships.
We’d Love to See:
Background in credit, financial services, or technology preferred.
Knowledge of GLBA and FCRA preferred.
Impact You’ll Make:
Review, negotiate, and draft complex commercial agreements supporting the credit risk solutions business.
Collaborate with credit risk solutions attorney and product team to review new products and identify legal issues.
Work with internal teams including privacy, compliance, IT, sales, and operations.
Be a fast learner and a team player in a relaxed yet hardworking environment.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable laws, including fair chance ordinances and acts.
Adherence to company policies, sound judgment, trustworthiness, safety, respectfulcommunication, and safeguarding confidential information are essential.
This is a hybrid role involving both virtual work and in-person presence at an assigned TU office at least two days a week.

Pay Scale: The U.S. base salary range is $90,000 to $150,000 annually. Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, location, and market factors. Some roles may participate in bonus plans and long-term incentives.
