Regulatory Compliance Specialist – AI Regtech
📍 London (hybrid)
Our Client, a high-growth AI RegTech firm in London is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to help shape and deliver next-generation compliance solutions. The company partners with major financial institutions and is building technology that translates complex regulations into actionable logic.
What you’ll do:
- Break down regulatory texts into clear requirements and frameworks
- Collaborate with product/engineering to embed regulatory logic into AI models
- Review AI outputs as a Human-in-the-Loop for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct compliance assessments, obligation mapping, and gap analyses
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or non-financial risk
- Background in either scale up businesses, consultancies or RegTech's
- You don't need to be AI fluent but we want someone who is a fast leaner and keen to grow in the AI domain with in compliance.
- Law degree beneficial.
