Role Description
Establish and maintain a comprehensive register of UK and Canadian legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the Program, ensuring up-to-date and accurate documentation
Responsible for mapping Canadian legal and regulatory requirements to UK and European standards, ensuring all mappings are accurately reflected in the database for compliance purposes
Act as the primary point of contact between the central Governance team and the project teams, you will monitor any amendments or updates to current legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless communication and compliance alignment
Work closely with Delivery Teams and Technical Authorities (TAs) to confirm and identify applicable legal and regulatory requirements, assisting in the gathering and verification of compliance statements and evidence
Establish and maintain a comprehensive body of evidence to demonstrate that all legal and regulatory requirements have been met, or equivalence has been demonstrated, ensuring robust documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
Qualifications
​ Degree qualified or have equivalent experience, likely to be in a technology, engineering, science or IT related discipline Solid

ive knowledge of Canadian legislative frameworks and how they operate, particularly in relation to compliance and regulatory matters
