What You’ll Do as the Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney:
Conduct comprehensive legal research
Craft and review various legal documents
Represent clients in court proceedings
Lead and participate in depositions
Offer expert legal counsel to clients
Contribute to the firm’s reputation for results-oriented, efficient legal representation
Must-Haves as the Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Active membership in the Florida Bar
5-15 years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields
Proven track record in litigation, including court proceedings and trials
Strong skills in legal research and document drafting
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Nice-To-Haves as the Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney:
Experience in business court matters
Familiarity with local government law
Labor and employment experience
Background in handling complex commercial disputes
