Our client is a advisory company focus on Asset & Wealth Managers, currently looking for Regulatory & Compliance Advisor.
Your role
Help clients draft, review, and update their policies and procedures.
Contribute to the improvement and implementation of Control Monitoring Plans (CMPs)
Assist in conducting due diligence on client delegates.
Implement controls as outlined in the CMP.
Aid in the creation of oversight frameworks.
Manage ongoing client activities, serving as the main point of contact for client services and delivery management.
Provide expert guidance on complex compliance-related issues.
Your profile
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Law, Finance or Economics
At least 3 years in regulatory/compliance
Excellent command of English
Proactive approach and strong problem solving abilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
