Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Practice, your role will include:
Representing debtors, creditors, and committees in business bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
Drafting and reviewing motions, memoranda, complaints, and other court filings.
Conducting thorough research and preparing related correspondence, briefs, and legal documentation.
Managing discovery processes in contested matters and adversary proceedings.
Participating in trials, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits.
Qualifications
Admission to the Delaware Bar (required).
3 to 5+ years of relevant bankruptcy or restructuring experience.
Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and analytical skills.
Experience with Delaware Chancery Court (preferred but not required).
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
