The Role
As a Regulatory and Compliance Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s regulatory and compliance functions, ensuring our clients remain compliant with industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in regulatory investigations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
Conducting legal research on relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards
Drafting and reviewing compliance policies, contracts, and reports
Supporting the preparation of regulatory filings and applications
Liaising with regulatory bodies and clients on compliance matters
Monitoring changes in legislation and advising on their impact
Providing administrative support to the legal team as required
About You
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with:
A degree in Law or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in a risk and compliance role
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A keen interest in regulatory law and compliance frameworks
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
