Job Summary:

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements related to SFDA, SASO , 3rd party labs, PME & Export Licenses, and other relevant legal authorities. This role will involve coordination with various departments to ensure legal compliance across the organization, particularly in areas such as warehouse operations, logistics, and product exports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage regulatory compliance for SFDA, SASO, 3rd party labs, PME, and other legal authorities.

Coordinate with internal departments (including Legal, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Marketing) to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Monitor and track changes to regulations and legal requirements for the organization, ensuring updates are communicated and implemented.

Visit regulatory authorities and industry bodies to extract new regulatory requirements, staying up to date on industry standards.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all legal requirements are met for warehouse operations and logistics, particularly regarding export licenses and certification.

Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals, including product registration, export licenses, and other related tasks.

Ensure that all necessary certifications, such as SFDA approvals and export licenses, are maintained and up to date.

Collaborate with 3rd party labs for product testing in line with regulatory guidelines.

Provide support in legal matters related to regulatory compliance and product approvals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Engineering, Business Administration , etc ).

2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for SFDA, SASO, PME, and other relevant authorities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Experience in managing product certifications, legal documents, and regulatory approvals.

Experience working in the Saudi market and knowledge of local regulations is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay updated with changing regulations.

Skills:

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and documentation.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various teams.

Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory guidelines.
