NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence is NATO-accredited international military organization based in Riga, Latvia that aims to contribute to the improvement of NATO, its Allies’ and Partners’ strategic communication capabilities through research, analysis, concept and doctrine development, standardisation, training and case studies.

To ensure smooth daily operations and support subject matter experts, we are looking for a highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our international team as a Registry/Secretary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage NATO classified and unclassified Registry Systems

Process documents according to the classification protocols (NATO Confidential, Restricted, Unclassified)

Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Oversee office supplies and equipment stock

Professional Qualifications Required to Succeed

Practical experience in office administration and registry management

Experience in working with confidential documents and correspondence will be considered as an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain focused and effective in a high-paced, high-volume information environment

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills

An existing National Security Clearance will be considered an advantage

Education and Language Requirements

University degree (preferably in administration, law, international relations, or related field)

Basic understanding of registry/secretarial standards

Excellent English language skills (C1 or C2) — both written and spoken (English is the working language at NATO StratCom COE)
