The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a sophisticated, top-performing attorney to join a firm that values precision, strategic thinking, and client-centric service. As a key member of our esteemed Employment Law Practice, you will:
Counsel and defend Fortune 500 companies, mid-market businesses, and executives on a wide array of employment law matters, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations.
Lead and manage high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
Partner with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and in-house counsel to develop proactive strategies that mitigate risk and drive business success.
Negotiate and draft sophisticated employment agreements, policies, and executive compensation arrangements.
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with a team of nationally recognized legal minds.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of employment law experience, with a proven record of success in litigation, counseling, and compliance.
A distinguished academic background (J.D. from a top-tier law school preferred).
Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
Bar admission in Massachusetts (or eligibility for admission).
