Position: Â Regional Senior Counsel (Food)
** Description**:
My client is a US food company, currently growing rapidly globally. They have an established legal team in US, would like to hire a Senior Counsel to take charge of the APAC region.
Reporting directly to the CEO of APAC, this senior counsel will be in charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating on all corporate commercial agreements. In addition, you will also be providing strategic legal advisory to the management team, in light of the business’ expansion plans. You should ideally have go-to-market exposure within the region, as well as experience advising on marketing/advertising matters.
You should have experience in dealing with consumer packaged products, ideally with experience dealing with food regulatory matters. You should have at least 10 PQE, and called to the Singapore Bar.
