Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 3 – 5 years civil/business/commercial/estates and trusts litigation experience, portable book of business and a solid referral network.
Qualified candidates will have outstanding communication skills and ethical standards, top quality research and writing skills. Significant experience in writing briefs, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, trial preparation and e-discovery are required.
Applicants must be licensed in the State of Minnesota and have State and Federal court experience to be considered.
