My name is Jonathan Broder and I’m the managing partner at Vortex Legal, a legal recruiting firm. I am a lawyer by background but I only “play one on TV” these days!
We recruit and place attorneys at law firms throughout the country.
I started in this business in 2007 and I pretty much have relationships with every law firm in the country
. We work with LARGE and medium/regional law firms. We do not work with personal injury, criminal defense, family law, immigration or other local/consumer-driven law firms.
My job is to teach you everything you need to know about law and legal recruiting.
Your job is to call candidates (lawyers) and get them interested. (I’ll teach you how to do this, too!)
The key to success is simple: You must know how to communicate and be able to immediately convey confidence and build trust!
You don’t have to already be “perfect” at this….. I can teach you and help you develop those skills. What i CANNOT teach you is to be driven. You either have the drive to succeed or you don’t.
