Recruitment Manager – Law Firm Experienced
Our midsized law firm client is seeking a Recruitment Manager with a minimum of 5 years law firm recruiting experience in a comparable firm, to manage the Firm’s recruiting efforts for attorneys and staff.
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff. This individual will work closely with firm leadership and department heads to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with the firm’s goals and must be adept at building relationships, managing hiring initiatives, and enhancing the firm’s employer brand.
The ideal candidate will:
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Partner with firm leadership and department heads to assess hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Foster relationships with law schools, legal organizations, and recruiting agencies to expand the firm’s talent pipeline and lead lateral hiring initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment for summer associates and entry-level attorneys.
A Bachelor’s degree, with HR emphasis, as well as a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a mid-sized or larger law firm, with a focus on attorney and staff hiring, is required. Compensation includes a salary ($140K-$160K+) plus a top-tier benefits package including 401K employer contribution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality are required.
