Parton Law, PLLC is seeking a full-time Junior Associate Attorney with 1–3 years’ experience to join our Civil Litigation Team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, complaints, answers, and discovery requests/responses. Candidate will possess strong skills in conducting legal research regarding case law and statutes and have strong analytical and writing skills. Candidate must be an active member of the North Carolina State Bar.
