Job Title: Associate Attorney – Oil & Gas Law

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney with a minimum of 1–2 years of legal experience. Prior experience in oil and gas law is a plus but not required. This is an in-office position, ideal for someone looking to grow their legal career within a collaborative and focused team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, and title opinions
Assist with oil and gas title examination, regulatory matters, and transactional work
Attend client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as necessary
Work closely with senior attorney and clients to deliver high-quality legal services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and relevant legal trends
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar
1–2 years of legal experience as a practicing attorney
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Willingness to work on-site in our Oklahoma City office during regular business hours
