Receptionist – Law Firm Jobs in Irvine, CA at Malcolm Cisneros

We are seeking to hire an Assistant Compliance Officer. In this role, you will assist the Compliance Officer in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and procedures.
Conduct research and analysis of compliance-related issues and regulations.
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and records.
Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay current on changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of banking/compliance experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Willingness to travel (some overnight) for continuing education/training opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
