Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Assist with clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct research as needed to support various projects or inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a clerical or administrative role.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is a plus (e.g., paralegal experience).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
