We’re on the hunt for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a friendly, fast-pacedReal Estate team based in Liverpool.
This national law firm advise a brilliant mix of public and private sector clients – from big-name retailers and developers to universities and councils.
You’ll get stuck into a wide variety of work – think development agreements, lease renewals, due diligence, site disposals, planning from £100m city centre regeneration schemes to niche local projects.
What you’ll be doing:
Running your own real estate caseload
Draft and prepare various real estate documents
Working closely with top-tier colleagues and clients
Provide support to other members of the team
What they’re looking for:
NQ or up to 1 year PQE with solid real estate experience
Comfortable with landlord & tenant work, plus a bonus if you’ve seen some development work
Organised and a strong communicator
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
