Your Role: Keeping the Team and Our Clients Moving Forward
You’ll be the glue that keeps our busy office running smoothly. Your work will directly support our attorneys and paralegals in serving clients, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mailings using the Pitney Bowes mailing system
Scan, file, and organize documents for legal staff
Copy and scan court filings
Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome
Maintain and track office supplies
Jump in wherever help is needed—whether it’s scanning, filing, or making sure the office runs like clockwork

Qualifications:
1+ year experience in a professional office setting (customer service experience a plus)
Ability to commute to McLean, VA (on-site position)
