Real Estate Partner – National Law Firm (Hybrid Opportunity | Equity or Non-Equity Track Available)
A nationally recognized, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join its expanding real estate practice. This is a strategic leadership opportunity within a collaborative, multi-office platform that advises institutional clients on complex regulatory compliance , real estate litigation , and high-value transactions .
About the Role:
This role is ideal for a senior real estate attorney ready to lead client engagements and help shape the growth of the real estate group. The position offers autonomy over client matters while contributing to the firm’s national practice development. Both equity and non-equity partner tracks are available, with internal referral incentives to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on land use, zoning, environmental , and other regulatory matters
Handle real estate disputes , including lease issues, construction claims, and title litigation
Lead complex transactions : acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures
Serve as lead counsel for clients, overseeing teams and ensuring compliance
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to cross-office collaboration
Leverage and grow an existing book of business
What They’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
10+ years of experience in real estate law, including transactional, compliance, and litigation work
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value matters for institutional or corporate clients
A portable book of business is required
Proven strength in client service, negotiation, and practice development
