Overview
An established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and public records research to support attorneys and client matters.
- Review and analyze property, title, and ownership documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, file, and track legal documents.
- Draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and transaction-related documents for attorney review.
- Coordinate with clients, title companies, surveyors, government agencies, and other third parties.
- Assist with resolving documentation and title-related issues in collaboration with attorneys.
- Prepare closing documents, checklists, and supporting materials for real estate transactions.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical client files while tracking deadlines and project status.
- Communicate with clients regarding document execution, transaction updates, and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
- Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
- Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Works well individually and in a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
