Description:• The legal PO management function is transferring from Corporate Legal to the business. This individual will be responsible for budget management of legal PO’s and working closely with the legal team to create and manage PO’s. In addition, will support the Budgets & Performance team with adhoc projects.Requirements:• Working with the legal team to create PR/ POs.• Ensuring there is enough budget / AC to cover these PO’s.• Verifying the AO is correct – Either reject or correct, sometimes PO requests for construction projects are sent and these need to go to the project manager.• In addition to Opex, this individual will be responsible for Capex PR/ PO’s for legal as well. Currently this is being managed by the Organic Growth team.• Title/ Land lease Legal PO’s will also be managed by this individual. • In addition, adhoc task for the B&P team• SAP Experience a plus.• Must possess excellent attention to detail, communicate clearly, be organized, deadline oriented and manage multiple projects at any given time.• Individual must have Associates / or Bachelors degree and have prior experience with paralegal / financial analysis or accounting background to be successful im this role.• Minimum 2-5 years of experience preferred.Note:This is a hybrid role 3-4 days in the office.Shift timings – 8-5 or 8-4:30 with a 30 minute lunch
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $46.00 – $48.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
