The Corporate Real Estate Paralegal works closely with corporate legal teams and attorneys to support commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions of real estate assets. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate law, real estate law, and business practices.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the preparation and review of commercial real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, and sale contracts.
Coordinate real estate transactions involving acquisitions, sales, leases, or refinances, working with external counsel and stakeholders.
Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents related to real estate transactions, including letters of intent, option agreements, lease agreements, deeds, and closing statements.
Support the administration of commercial leases, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
