Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for a prominent Texas-based law firm with a national reach. As the Real Estate Paralegal, you would be responsible for supporting attorneys with commercial transactions. This opportunity is full-time, fully on-site, and direct hire.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions
Review and analyze title commitments and surveys
Prepare and review closing documents
Conduct due diligence and legal research related to real estate matters
Organize and maintain real estate files and documentation
Communicate with clients, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
Perform related tasks as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with real estate terminology
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Education and Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of paralegal experience in a law firm, specifically in commercial real estate
Prior experience with title and survey analysis
Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, and/or Legal Assistant Certification strongly preferred
