Our client is hiring a 100% remote full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The client is an established, boutique commercial real estate law firm located in the Washington, D.C.-metro area. If you have substantive commercial real estate experience at a law firm or a legal department of a company, including title and survey review, we want to hear from you!
About the firm: Our client has dominated the commercial real estate space in the DC area for over 50 years. They are well recognized and respected by investors, developers, and other commercial real estate professionals, as well as in the legal community. The firm is big on mentoring their employees and developing personal relationships with their clients.
Candidates must have experience with some, or all of the items listed to be considered for this position:
Several years of commercial real estate experience, including at a law firm (must have)
Experience with title examinations, UCC and liens searches, recording documents with public registries, ALTA and boundary surveys
Drafting deeds, UCC financing statements, amendments, terminations, resolutions and consents, easement agreements, bills of sale, affidavits, lease amendments
Drafting corporate organizational documents, prepare and file applications for tax identification
Manage post-closing documentation for commercial real estate matters
