What You’ll Do:
- Manage residential real estate files from pre-closing to post-closing.
- Order, review, and clear title searches with high precision.
- Prepare title commitments, final policies, and closing packages.
- Coordinate disbursements and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure a smooth closing experience.
What You Bring to the Table as a Real Estate Paralegal:
- At least 1 year of consistent residential real estate law experience
- Proficiency in Qualia is a plus.
- A talent for staying organized in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred (but experience and drive are highly valued)
