Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Paralegal to join our team and work alongside attorney Stuart Halpern. In this role, you will support both residential and commercial real estate closings, assisting through all stages of the real estate transaction process— from pre-closing to post-closing duties. You will work directly with a diverse range of clients, including buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, brokers, municipalities, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with residential and commercial real estate closings.
Manage all stages of real estate transactions, from preparation and document review to post-closing tasks.
Coordinate with clients, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Prepare and organize legal documents, including closing statements, title commitments, and contracts.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of real estate transactions.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a real estate paralegal with a solid understanding of title and closing procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
