AJ Chambers are representing a Niche Property Law Firm based in London’s West End who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor.
The firm acts for a variety of property developers, investment funds, corporate and retail occupiers, and private investors based in the UK, Europe and the US.
The Role:
Excellent opportunity to work in a busy, successful boutique firm with an excellent client base and friendly atmosphere.
Supporting partners and associates on residential property work.
Assist on residential property sales, both freehold and leasehold, and acquisitions of development land.
The Duties:
Handling their own caseload of residential property transactions.
Assisting where required with plot sales and acquisitions.
Residential property due diligence and reporting.
Assistance on development reporting matters.
Onboarding of new clients including risk assessment, KYC and AML duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced paralegal or CILEX Legal Executive.
Previous experience of working in an established residential property team/department in high value quality conveyancing.
Broad experience in the areas outlined above, including real estate finance, in particular dealing with lender enquiries for developer financing.
Experienced working with Orbital Witness and electronic file management case management and other standard legal software.
