Nova Nine Protection LLC is actively seeking a disciplined and experienced Qualified Agent (QA) to lead within our expanding security network. This role is vital to company compliance, field operations, and high-level supervision of contract sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a valid NC PPSB Qualified Agent license
Supervise field teams, enforce compliance, and respond to site incidents
Assist with scheduling, training, and state-required licensing paperwork
Lead call-out responses, manage site quality checks, and build team morale
Coordinate with vendors and clients during onboarding and site transitions
Drive additional income by helping acquire and maintain new contracts

Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of verifiable law enforcement experience, OR
Minimum 4 years in a supervisor-level security or qualified security required by PPSB
Proof of experience must be presented at the interview
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (some weekends required)
Must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina PPSB Qualified Agent license
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Base salary between $36,000 and $45,000
Weekly pay with consistent scheduling (32–40 hours/week)
